This confidentiality policy has the role to communicate you which is the information we collect from you when you use our site. Collecting
these information we act as personal data operator and we are obliged by law to provide you information about us, about the purpose and manner in which we use you data and about the rights you have with reference to your personal data.

We are specialized in personal training and weight control programs through nutritional counselling. In order to help you better, when you visit our site, it is possible to collect certain personal data.

When you send a request through our site, we require your name, contact telephone number and e-mail address.

We keep the e-mail coming from requests for 12 months and then we erase them. The CRM type registrations are kept for 12 months from the last contact with you.

We require this information to process the payment, to deliver your products or services and to fulfill your request.
The information is stored on our site and on our cloud server, both headquartered within the European Union. The details of your credit card are sent to a third party payment processor which is headquartered in the EU. We do not keep your credit card information.

We do not use the information you supply to make automated decisions which may affect you.

We keep the information related to your order for a period of 5 or 10 years, in accordance with the legal provisions.

3. Why we collect this information?

We collect your information for well determined and legitimate purposes which include, but are not limited to the following:

  • To sign or execute a contract between you and us;
  • To answer your questions and queries;
  • For marketing purposes but only in the situation in which we have your prior consent;
  • To offer and improve the services and products we have;
  • To diagnose or remedy technical problems;
  • To defend ourselves against cyber attacks;
  • For accounts creation and/or maintenance;
  • To comply with the legislation;
  • To ascertain or claim a right in court;

4. How long do we store the data?

We store the personal data just for the period necessary to the fulfillment of our purposes but not longer than 12 months from the contract expiry or the last
interaction with us or with our applications.
Subsequent to the period end, the personal data will be destroyed or erased from the computer systems or turned into anonymous data to be used for scientific,
historical or statistic research related purposes.
Bear in mind that in certain expressly regulated situations we store the data for the period which is imposed by the law.

5. How do we share your information with others?

We may disclose your data, observing the applicable law, to business partners or to thirds. We permanently spare no effort to make sure that those thirds have implemented adequate protection and security measures. With the said thirds we have contractual clauses so that your data is protected. We will inform you on the identity of those companies prior to transmission or within a reasonable deadline and we will make sure that any transfer is legitimate being based on your consent or on other legal basis.

We revise on a regular basis and, should there be the case, we periodically update this confidentiality policy when there are modifications subsequent to services supply. If we wish to use your personal data in a manner which we did not previously identify, we will contact you to offer information about that and, should there be necessary, to request your consent.

We will update the version number and the date of this document each time it is amended.
